Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Kingsport

I ordered a family meal plus French fries. They forgot them so I went in and said they forgot them and laid the receipt down. The woman looked at me square in the face and said she didn’t wait on me. I got confused so I started to pick up the receipt to show her that I paid for them and she said I didn’t have to be rude and walked away. Then this young man came over and was very master of fact with me like I had done something wrong. They shorted me on cole slaw and put it in with the chicken so they got hot and the mashed potatoes were not in the box. This place needs a major personnel change! It was good chicken but I won’t be going back.

Revolting. Not an ounce of seasoning not even salt. Just greasy chicken that tastes like it was boiled. Ruined my family's dinner.

Look we love Popeys but we waited 40!! Minutes and drove around to find out my order had been given out 3 different times to everyone but me. I then asked for a refund of almost $30. I had to wait another 5 minutes to get that refund because they had to make a call to see if that was okay. I get for some things but at that point just let me leave.

Food was hot and delicious. The cashier was so nice and helpful. Very enjoyable.Food: 5/5
