Fran's Fish Chips - Kingston

After a long day at Wonderland me and my friends were starving and not gonna wait in a 2 hour line for overpriced pizza. We came here 5 min walk and when we walk in our stomach was rumbling even more. Great food I recommend the wings and the buffalo burger the poutine is a 8/10. The waffle burger was Ok it look better than it taste. Overall great service, food and Atmosphere.

Best fish n chips in town. I've been going here for over a decade. Love em. The only way it could get more authentic British fish n chips is if it was wrapped in a newspaper.

The fish and chips at Fran 's is very tasty. The batter on the fish is on the thicker side, but not overwhelmingly so. If you must have a super thin batter, this fish is not for you. The chips (fries) are really great, (some of the best I 've had) and the portion is generous. The Cole slaw is fantastic (mayo based) and the tartar sauce quite nice. A lemon wedge is included, which goes wonderfully squeezed on the fries, as well as the fish. Addionally, they have a fairly extensive menu of non fish items, for those who enjoy turf but no surf . The shop was recently renovated and looks quite nice inside, even if the outside is nothing to write home about. All said, I do go there fairly frequently and will continue to do so. I would definitely recommend trying it.

Ive heard so much good stuff about their food. Im from newyork and i haven't had such flavorful and amazing fry fish in a long time. Their mango smoothie with the boba hit the spot! Highly recommend this place!

Fast,friendly, and great portions. Not cheap but one of the best club's I have ever had. Scrumptious.
