Been here a few times with friends and also as take out. The rolls are huge. Some of my favourites are the alaska roll, spicy tuna or salmon, Shrimp tempura. Great for students because it is so close to campus and student housing. Small place and can get crowded in peak hours. Great place overall. View all feedback.

Ordered delivery at 6:35pm, shows up at 8:50pm. The delivery company they use says they received the call at 8:20pm to pick up the order. Called to ask what happened, and was told that they were just busy, even though they were not (according to the delivery person). It's obvious I was lied to. Would be nice if you just told me you forgot about my order, and made up for it somehow. I refuse to give this restaurant mon... View all feedback.
We ordered three rolls, a salad, and soup at the restaurant. The salad was plain and unimpressive, while the rolls had an excessive amount of sauce on them. Despite being large, all you could taste was the sauce, making the meal feel like more of a filler than anything. However, it was surprisingly satisfying. If you're really hungry, this is the place to go. The deep-fried Yum Yum Roll was the best out of the three rolls.
The review of Spicy Red Hot (based on a spicy salmon, avocado roll, never had Maki size this big, 1 Maki roll is the size of two regular rolls elsewhere. This is my second time when I try this place, about $16 after tax. The first time that the cook had cleaned the plate in the sauce and it was overwhelming, this time I asked for light on the sauce as you can see. Very tasteful and if you have no great appetite, after six reels you are full and can store two for later. Comes with Miso soup (not pictured and it was tasteful. Compared to Sushi Barda (on Princess St., I come back here.
The place looks amazing the atmosphere is peaceful and quite traditional. The presantaton is beautiful and the owner is obviously a master of his craft. salmon, the salmon was to die for. price is good. The only complaint is most of the fish was frozen but it wasn't just tuna and salmon there. Overall definite 10/10 will return.
This used to be my favourite sushi place back when it was behind St. Lawrence. Still love the sushi; it’s fresh and the pieces are insanely huge. The price however, is not for the feint of heart, I paid more for what you see in my photo than I paid for three trays of sushi at another place. Can’t be a regular here anymore with prices like that so now it’s more of a once in a while type spot.
I wish there was ratings for different things, because if i was rating purely based on the food it would be a 5 out of 5 because i always love the food.
