Our Sunday ritual in Kingston while in school was to visit Mekong after church on Sundays. That meant a large group of Chinese Catholics swarming the place and filling it to capacity. Not the best Vietnamese food I've had but certainly a contender in Kingston. Generous portions and great prices. Always fresh.
