Our Sunday ritual in Kingston while in school was to visit Mekong after church on Sundays. That meant a large group of Chinese Catholics swarming the place and filling it to capacity. Not the best Vietnamese food I've had but certainly a contender in Kingston. Generous portions and great prices. Always fresh. When the weather conditions is nice you can also eat outside, and for the littlest guests, there is a high chair. The guest room invites you to linger and extensively eat, and there's a counter where you can sit down and enjoy.
