What Dexter Hill likes about Arby's:
The drive thru young lady was pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job. It was refreshing to see.The roast beef sliders, curly fries, crinkle fries, mint shake and double chocolate chip cookie was delicious. I am not sure what that Jamoca shake was supposed to be. read more.

What Dexter Hill doesn't like about Arby's:
Worker in the back got an order wrong and when told began cursing and screaming for the whole store to hear. No ice available for the drinks. After a long wait for them to correct the order, ours also came out incorrect. Didn't realize until we got home. No receipt provided to fill out survey. Manager was aware of employee losing control and let it carry on. Kids present hearing it all. read more.
