Enjoy every visit.....never a bad experience. Kevin and staff is great.
The food is the best in the area and the atmosphere is great. The only complaint I have is there wasn't enough pico on my plate. I had to order more.

"Exceptionally slow.The staff who like high school theater dropouts, have no idea half the time where they are or what they are doing.One girl, placed four ready to bake pizzas on the top shelf of an oven that wasn't even working. They sat their until someone told her about them ten minutes later. Yes, because it's important to wear the same pair of plastic gloves that you prepare and handle food with, but also wipe your face, and open doors with that countless others have touched the same surfaces.The owner obviously has no idea how his business is being run into the ground."

"I bought liver twice. States are from livers. They wanted to confirm they had liver, and they said yes. Upon arrival, they will inform me that they have no liver. The majority of employees at this point are just right rude!!!!"

"Great ice cream and one of the best burgers/fries you'll find at a fast food chain, IMO. On this occasion, they did actually get my order wrong (got a double instead of a triple cheeseburger), but I was charged for only what I received, so she just misheard me. Probably didn't need a triple anyway. Overall, if I'm driving in the radius Braums operates, I'd happily stop there any time."
