"The good: We ordered takeout over the phone and the food was ready promptly. I thoroughly enjoyed the Cheezey Breezey (pictured) and the sweet potato fries!! The meh: We also ordered the chicken and waffles which is never really as good when the fried chicken is chicken tenders instead of thighs/drumsticks. We also attempted to order online and it was almost exclusively the donuts and not their actual menu. Overall; I’d give it a 4.7!"

"Our dining experience was excellent. Even though there was a mixup with the entree of someone in my party, the incorrect entree was accepted and I understand it was delicious. The only real issue of the night was that OpenTable seating did not work. At all. We arrived to find the staff had no record of our reservation and would not put us on a wait list until the last 2 people in our party walked through the door, even though we were aware that they were no more than 7 minutes behind us. The host staff told me that the OpenTable system was new to them and not completely set up; that the only one who could see our reservation was the manager, who was not working that night. So the entire OpenTable, Call Ahead, Priority Seating, whatever you want to call it...was a complete and total bust."
