Our usual 'go to ' when we 're in Kingston is Wetherspoons, but a couple of months ago, we went to O 'Neil 's for a change and to see if the place had improved since our last time there. This is now our new 'go to ', the improvement in customer service and the food is very obvious. My overall experience is 2 out 10, The cleanliness is 0 no body cares to clean the tables, people are taking their own tissue and clean the table. Service at bar was ok, waiting time was awful 20 minutes for a coffe and 40 minutes for food (2 burgers) the food was below average and the coleslaw that it comes with burger is just indescribable that was looking big pile of leftovers if I could upload a picture you could...
