Terrible service, food cold and staff really rude to my 15year old daughter and her 2 friends! Will not return to this restaurant. They are 3 very polite young ladies and it’s completely Unnecessary
As I came here with my friends I received poor service from the staff, bieng rude as I asked if they have chips and ketchup, as I received my pizza it arrived cold and didn't fill me up also the staff not checking up on us to see if everything was okay I don't think this is worth your time if I'm honest
I used to go to this branch 20 odd years ago. The menu has changed but all is well. The diavolo pizza is very hot one for chilli lovers. Nice montepulciano. Lovely waitress. Boring side salad. All in all a great meal. Prices are getting silly, after all the ingredients must be only a couple of £s. When will they bring back the Neptune pizza!!
It’s not our first time in Pizza Express in Kingston. Always enjoying delicious pizza and having a good time! Staff is really friendly and helpful!
I can with my family and we absolutely loved it ! The restaurant was clean and the service amazing ! The waitress who served us was really nice and kind! Defo coming back !
