What Anya Ritchie likes about Figaro:
We wandered down into Kingston having arrived earlier that evening. The menu had enough basics for the kids and enough interest for the adults. I love gnocchi, so I had the gnocchi with veal Ragu. I was very happy with my choice, the gnocchi was light and the meal very tasty. My wife had one of the risottos which was also well done, although the parmesan cheese was not to her taste. Kids loved the pizza and calamari.... View all feedback. What Rusty Lynch doesn't like about Figaro:
I used to come to this place often for good Italian pizza and imported Italian beers. Something has changed in last months. Food and service has significantly gone downhill. Pizza is rough. Cocktails are plain silly. Service is shithouse. Hope this place recovers soon otherwise it will be sad to add this place to growing list of shithouse and expensive Canberra restaurants. Some diners were disappointed with the service and quality of food, noting issues like inedible pasta and overpriced wine. However, others found the food to be flavorful and authentic, appreciating the attentive staff and fresh pasta dishes.
