This is a hidden gem. It's county located but worth the drive if you live in Windsor. Sake Sushi is all you can eat. The food is freshly prepared. The service is excellent. Being our first time the waiter explained the process of ordering and made suggestions of certain dishes for us to try. The food kept coming promptly and was excellent. The service was horrible. We were a party of 13. One of came a bit later and she wanted to order but they refused her. Told her everybody ordered food and she should wait. She just wanted to add edamame. We ordered and half the item didn't come. When we asked about them they had told us we ordered to much and were waiting to see if we still wanted it.
