This was the second time we went there. First time, we had a great experience. Food was hot and delicious and the server was very attentive. This second time, they were short staffed (understandable) but my food was cold, there was a bone in the hamburger patty (that same patty was well charred), and the fries were hard, the other hamburger patty was well charred.
