Panera Bread - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I placed a quick pick-up order through the app and received a text when my order was supposedly ready. However, when I arrived with my small child, the order was not actually ready and the staff in the pick-up area were extremely rude. Even when my order was finally completed, it was missing an item from the bakery. I was told I had to go ask for it myself in the bakery area, which is not standard practice. When I tr... Nice place nice area kinda always busy but not to bad most of the time. The food is good people are nice, there is a good group type of working women atmosphere that just makes it seem so comfortable. No cackling of hyenas or some wildebeest thinking that you were eyeballing her. Maybe it’s a personal opinion but there seems to be a strong woman presents in there. No judgement, love it!
