the first time here. clean interesting environment. great eating, but not child-friendly. prawan 5 and 7 asked to go to the children's menu as they got food on...

great eating great people always friendly

the worst place to eat, not friendly for children, not recommended, not at all if they have children!

I have dinner here. everyone was with an abundance of delicious food! good price! also love the cleanliness together with the decor.

The food and service was great. We will be back.

"Got there for a reservation made on Open Table and were told to order quick because the kitchen was closing in minutes. The food was great, but they rushed our apps and food to apparently get us out of there. So great food and great waitress, but poor planning on management"

"Have always had a good experience here until Mother's Day. I ordered a BLT, as I have before...I would say that I have seen 3 year olds make a better meal. It was disgusting, and not to mention they were out of everything. My husband ordered the roast beef sandwich that looked like it was made with .50 lunch meat and canned gravy.....It was just gross.. Meal type: Lunch"

"Whenever we travel, we search out local breweries. This was a jackpot. Mitchell behind the bar was very knowledgeable about all the beers on tap, as well as local meads and ciders that they serve. He was also helpful regarding the surrounding area. Definitely stop in when in the area. Schwarzbier and the Porter were excellent."

"Wow! What a delightful experience! Roger Johnson was more than hospitable. We ventured by this quaint location on an off day (not Friday or Saturday) but Roger not only opened the business but more importantly he shared his warm acceptance and engaging conversation. If you are ever around northern West Virginia (near Morgantown) on a weekend visiting The Screech Owl is a must. Top notch hospitality!"
