Super cool place right on the river. Libaya oozes personality, this has the feel of a place that hasn 't been 'found ' yet. It reminds me of little rasta places off the swahili coast, it 's a place to turn your brain off and just chill. The winning formula? A kilo of meat or fish on a wooden board. Otherwise there is also the whole chicken. There was no need for Libaya to be the place to be.
