What User likes about The Balcony:
good place to be in the hectic, but more about it. the service was not too bad because it was usually full. the music was beautiful and then when it began to get dark, they have increased the volume too much. the food was okay and didn't take too long. find the price reasonable, especially for kinshasa!!! would be nice if they had separated the smoker area. would also be nice if more of the chairs had left! What User doesn't like about The Balcony:
The place used to be great but currently it seems that there have been a lack of maintenance in general and slow service with the waiters. It is still is a good place to go to in Kinshasa especially if you are not from the area or the country. There is an ATM there (which is not common to other restaurants in Kinshasa yet cash is the most used payment method). View all feedback.
