what a night dinner on Saturday evening, a culinary experience, the service very, very attentive and friendly; the spa in the basement, the whole establishment lovingly and original – and the Schlegels wonderful hosts who have been to our side even when we were no longer their guests, i.e. after paying the bill, even with the best advice for a wonderful hike on Sunday.
