my first experience to go to the center for positive change was a 4 hours yoga retreat in the center. it was amazing. the studio is such a beautiful environment to just relax. scott’s zen classes are simply the best, I feel revitalized, but very relaxed at the same time. I would recommend everyone who thinks they're coming. they always get a nice warm welcome in the class and no judgment is made on ability or age. View all feedback.
