we went on a Sunday afternoon and the waiting period was about 30 minutes. as they allow us to order the items during the waiting, eating came faster as soon as we got the table. very good customer service and of course great authentic kerala eating. we ordered many items such as paruppu vada, kappa, sweet ishtu, kadalai curry, mango puliseri, pfeffer mushroom dosa, aapam, malabar paroata, vegetable biriyani. the first time and wanted to have a good kerala. first the parking lot is so deorganized! it's so hard to get a parking space and then the waiting time! had to wait almost an hour. when we came in, it was almost the time for the last order! ok, after all this waiting time we waited for good food. they needed 20-30 minutes to get everything.
