"Love the owners! Very nice place to bring kids. My little one enjoys the ice cream bar and fresh grapes growing on the vine in the front garden. And while my kid enjoys her treat I get to enjoy a very tasty ice coffee. Live music on Sat nights is a plus."

"This spot is great! The campground is a short walk from the main house, so camping is pretty secluded. Our campsite had a hose, campfire ring, electricity, table, BBQ and bathrooms. The pond is nice to float in- but it is home to some pretty big fish. There’s a catch and release policy and live bait is not allowed. Also- there are lots of bugs. No mosquitoes, so that was nice- but be prepared for lots of crane flies! There is a lot of wildlife in the area. Aside from the cattle ranch’s cows, we saw birds, fish, skunk and javelina at the campsite. There is no cell service (which was great)! The hosts are very welcoming, warm and responsive! They have cheap firewood and eggs for sale. Overall, this is a great, family run spot to camp."
