What Alan Quitzon doesn't like about Volterra Kirkland:
Their menu is good, but has remained essentially unchanged for over a decade. Fortunately they offer a couple of seasonal specials, such as the scallop and clam special with saffron cream sauce, broccolini, and fingerling potatoes.
