"Visited for friends birthday treat. Fab food as always, but when I went to pay was charged for tea and coffee top-up! First for me.. .and my friend to be charged anywhere for a topup of tea and/or coffee with an afternoon tea which somewhat...spoiled experience. "Stopped for a mid ride refuel. Really friendly, good espresso and prompt service. Food was hot, fresh and we'll made. They dressed the side salad which in my book press or above most places. Will be making it a café stop in future"

"We went to shaks for the first time to lunch after we had been through a flyer. we ordered jacket kartoffel with spicy chicken, samosa chaat and peri peri chicken panini (which the children loved and they are picky). the place is clean, bright, with sitting area and very busy. people really kind and are ordering and was made exactly how we like it was well packed to take out. all foods were made from fresh ingredients before them. the water cycle was still in the water! they only ask at workstations for lunch."
