Have to contradict other reviewers’ criticisms of the staff those working today have been extremely pleasant, hardworking and helpful not something I see often so worthy of comment. Panini was very good too, as was the coffee. Overall a very pleasant experience View all feedback.
What James D doesn't like about Dunelm:
As a full paying customer I was made to wait whilst kitchen staff sorted colleague drinks out, even tho the que was getting longer. Once the server could be bothered to take my order she was ignorant and rude. I will never set foot in this place again. Shame on you View all feedback.
Although I had gone there to get a hose pipe, they didn't stick it. The staff were very professional and helping. I would definitely go back again
