What GWC1990 doesn't like about The Bake House:
Whilst the food is nice... the £5 minimum spend to pay by card is a joke. It’s 2019, making it difficult for your customers to give you their money isn’t a great business model. When there are firms like iZettle and Square out there making the cost of offering electronic payments dirt cheap, there is just no excuse for it. I won’t be returning again until Bakehouse get with the times. View all feedback.

Whenever I go into town I always go to the bake house for a sandwich. I usually have ham. Brie and salad. Not the cheapest but well worth the money

By far the best sandwich in town. Superb service to go with it. Excellent in everyway. Especially the brie crispy bacon and mango chutney.

"Dixons used to be amazing with great value for money and the best ice cream around but recently it just get worse each time. Went yesterday. Ice cream was so sloppy it was more the consistency of a milkshake. I asked for cream on top and it was again sloppy and made me feel ill so I ended up leaving it. I told the woman serving the ice cream was very runny and she just shrugged it off. I’d like to say it could be a one off but I’d gone to the swan lane Dixons as the Leeds Road one is always melting ice cream and rude servers but swan lane was no better. The best I would say is the one down in Batley but this is hit and miss on what theirs is like which makes me think the company just doesn’t really care anymore. I discovered Dixons in my uni days and since have come back to Huddersfield at least once a month with family to introduce them to it but I think now it’s time to stop. Each year they make the cones and tubs smaller and the price goes up. Save yourself £5 and just get a McFlurry."

"I went to paris for the first time to see the fat white family game. it is a really good place. the door staff are top notch, friendly, polite and helpful, like the bar staff. the room itself is beautiful, good choice of beer, apfelwein and spirituosen, also favorable. sound quality and acoustic were excellent and they book some really good did."
