Dunkin' - Kirkwood

The store was empty and there were no cars in the drive through. I placed my order ahead of time and I arrived a few minutes after my pick up time. When I arrived they hadn’t even started on my order. Again, it was completely empty and no cars in the drive through. I still waited 11 minutes for two medium coffees. They employees were very slow and did not seem to care

People always post the negatives so I decided to post my experience at the Kirkwood location. I read the reviews before going since this was my first time going to a Dunkin! As I walked inside, I was greatly with a good morning. I was quickly waited on and my order taken, even though the drive thru was packed. There were 3 employees at this time, 8:30 am. I waited maybe 5 minutes, and my coffee was less than 2 minutes wait. It was perfect! Just the right cream too! My sourdough breakfast sandwich was hot and absolutely perfect. The donut was fresh and delightful! I highly recommend this location for your donut, coffee or breakfast sandwich. Keep up the phenomenal service! ?
