Order 2 Madagascar Vanilla Cold Brews and a bagel for delivery. No vanilla was added. When I called the staff member, it was very helpful. She reimbursed my order and made it new (I even brought it a photo of how it was referred in the past) they did not get any posture and also gave me a cookie for the inconvenience. Great experience.
