Mama Romano's - Kissimmee

Today my wife and I went here because we were hungry and thought that if we ate food from here we would not be hungry anymore and we thought maybe it would taste good. Almost as soon as they told us where to sit, some guy started singing very loudly and there were even some other people who had musical instruments with them who started playing their instruments along with the singing guy. First of all, the restaurant should not have allowed the guys with instruments to bring them into the restaurant. I play an instrument too but I don't take it with me into restaurants like these guys were allowed to do. My wife and I tried to have a conversation after we sat down but the rude guys who were playing instruments and singing made it totally impossible to hear each other. They were ridiculously loud and the employees just acted like it was normal and did not do anything about it. They just let these guys ruin everyone's meals by being loud and disruptive. They did not even tell the guys to be quiet. From what I could tell, I don't think these guys even ordered any food, so I don't know why the employees let them stick around ruining everyone else's meals with their ear piercing singing and instrument playing. My wife and I just got up and left because these guys were just too annoying and it would have been impossible to order food because our server would not have been able to hear us over the deafening roar of the rude guys. If you ever decide to eat food from here, I recommend that you have it delivered or that you order it as a carry-out in case those rude guys are there again.

We were treated like family from second we showed up. We had a large party of 8 and Samuel greeted us and got us seated as soon as he could. The service was excellent and The food is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Some of the best Italian food I’ve had, you can taste the love. The Garlic rolls are so good I’m going to be dreaming about them! Will definitely be coming back when in the area!
