perkins is a great breakfast option, I only have breakfast, but the rest of the menu looks good. the speck is definitiw above the average as well as the pancakes. they bring them 3 different syrup options, with one is a type of berries possibly blueberry. they also have a good selection of baked goods. the outburst juice was weak and expensive and did not come with a refill, so I would not get it again. View all feedback.
It's the week leading up to Easter, and spring break time so this place was a little busy. I walked in at 10am probably waited 10 minutes for a table, not bad....
