"With mostly great reviews and clearly marked vegan options we decided on a weekend to give it a try for lunch. The inside is cozy and clean, thankfully we were alone along with two staff members working on a table nearby.Vegan Pad Thai the taste was OK. It was very underwhelmed taste. It neither tasted sweet, sour or spicy. The seasonings not up to par. We had dinner size more on it later.Thai Sweet Basil disappointed with this dish as well. The taste just wasn’t coming across as well we expected the Thai flavours. The plain steamed rice was good.A large Tom Yum Soup the taste was better and we enjoyed the soup. The only disappointment was the temperature was way less hot for soup. By the we poured in bowls and started it was almost at room temperature. Three small bowls is all we hardly got out of large.The other disappointing factor for all the dishes above is the quantity for the price charged. NotMeant for sharing for sure, but also not filling enough after the meal."

"I have not been here for a few months, and we went last night and it was just as I had remembered. The food is 5+ Star, the staff and service was inpecable and i love the intimacy of the interior of the restaurant! cant wait to get back again VERY soon!!!"

"From the outside, this gem looks a bit forboding. The shades were drawn and you wonder what's inside. Surprise - inside is a fine restaurant. The ambience is simple. The menu has a limited selection but covers most food categories. There were five of us in the group and we had beef, pork, chicken, fish and vegetarian. The meals were delicious - well prepared and well presented. Choosing to limit the menu enables them to focus their attention. Many of the ingredients were locally sourced assuring freshness. We were very happy to open the door and step inside."

"I love ace shawarma but dang did it ever get expensive. I paid $23.50 for a “medium” shawarma poutine. It’s so tiny. And this used to be the box they used for smalls back in the day when it was like 7$ ?? jeeez . I honestly think it’s way too expensive when there’s so many shawarma places that are just as good for cheaper in the area. I did get extra sauces on the side- they charge 2$ for each one."

"Cafe Pryus is awesome. They have a huge selection of vegan and vegetarian options which make it suitable for everyone, even if you are not vegan you can enjoy a plate here. Food is delicious, everything I tried here is good quality and fresh. Service could be slightly improved. The person who brought us our drinks and food did not say a word and just left the things on the table, it felt a little weird. Apart from that I will always come back and bring new friends:"

"We were a group for lunch on a Sunday. we ordered the combination meal for which a selection of entrees came from a list of possibilities. our favorites were the damped dumplings, galbi and fried chicken noodles. we ordered and were served immediately to our food. we had a pleasant lunch at a great price. I just wish our courts were removed after our completion instead of sitting in front of us until we were gone."
