"Great food, staff, and the place is clean with a good atmosphere. I stop by whenever I'm driving past Kitchener, sometimes even driving from Cambridge just to grab a sub. Shoutout to all the staff, with a double shoutout to Maze who served me today. Friendly, polite, and has a good sense of humor! Will be back again"

"Food quality is decent, which is the where the 2 stars come from. Hours change frequently and are not accurate, nor are they even posted. Staff has changed recently and service is inconsistent at best. Prices have gone up quite a bit which takes it from a decent spot for a fast meal to no better than any other take out in the city. If quality and service were maintained through the price increase I could give it a pass, but I won’t bother coming in anymore."

"I would have given this location a 4 or 5 stars but was frustrated with the payment process. The debit/credit machine required a tip and only provided three tip percentage amounts without allowing me to choose no tip or change the amount. I give tip everywhere I go but wanted to tip a lower amount due to the lack of service and attention for my table. Aside from that the food was 9/10."
