My experience at Mother’s New Year’s Eve 2018 was pleasant and fun. Great food and service. The entree was great (lasagne) but the garlic bread (with cheese) presentation could use some work. Basically it was served like a sub sandwich cut in half,as opposed to little slices. Perhaps it is a petty criticism but you DID ask. What User doesn't like about Mother's Kitchener:
I went to the lunch buffet during the week and while it was convenient the options were sparse and the food just ok. Good for an inexpensive lunch date with friends. Not someone you hope to marry one day. View all feedback.

Great service but the table cloths and upholstery on the booth seating should be replaced.

"Fantastic service. Perfect in their level of attentiveness and timing. The food was delicious and hot when served. Overall quite an enjoyable evening. (Noise was a little excessive, but that's a function of the other people and their need/wish to be heard by others."

"Got takeout. Just moved here and this place seemed like the best choice. Overall the flavour of the green curry was very tasty, however it was a bit thinner than I’m used to/prefer. As well, the veg were slightly over cooked and mushy which isn’t my preference.I didn’t order rice but was happily surprised when rice came with my curry (I was going to make my own anyway)Overall would order from here again though! (Unless I find a better spot in my search)"

"We ordered steaks for delivery Friday. I ordered the tenderoin and my man ordered the rib eye. my tenderoin was amazing. I said, rarely it was perfect. the potatoes were good, but the vegetables were under. I have no reason to make raw veg so good for me. husbands nativity was tasty and delicate and also perfect. we always try to determine who the best meal I won hands down, but both were good. I rated only one 4*, as the sweet weren't great and the kartoffels were pretty easy. otherwise I would go to queens’s cafe every day over the keg. really good tenderness let me repeat."

"Today I visited Abigail's for the high tea to celebrate my grandmothers birthday. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the experience was fabulous! The decor was gorgeous and made for an authentic feel. The High tea option was filled with deliciousness. Plate after plate was served! The scones with cream and preserves were personally my favourite but we truly enjoyed everything. We somehow managed to eat it all while others brought left overs home. We just couldn't stop! They made my grandmothers birthday extra special by providing her with the birthday hat! It was so fun! My grandmother said the tea reminded her of her own grandmothers high teas that she would attend. The owners came around and were extremely personable and authentic. Thank you for the most enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this Gem of a place. Can't wait to come back!"
