the kitchen is very good and inexpensive. the ambiente with a view of the hall bath is more sober. the friendly service team makes this up again.

For a coffe latte macchiato and a crossaint CHF 6.10, which is ok. Friendly atmosphere, but not much going on on Thursday around 10am. Service is ok.

"Getting there is an experience in itself, a slowly moving train (rather a tram, in fact) runs up the mountain and if you forgot to reserve the stop, it doesn't! Warm welcome and a sunny room to refresh, then an excellent "menu de dégustation"; friendly staff, a good night sleep without a single noise (if not my snorting) and a very fine breakfast too!"

"Excellent service: humorous, courteous, attentive and not intrusively beautiful ambiente: look at the lago maggiore with the brissago inseln excellent Essenveganer randenburger with pommes frites: tastes deceptively real after meat. we had to reassure ourselves that it really is a sweetpatty nothing for people who do not like meat taste. the pommes were good but not stunning.Burrata with cherrytomates: creamy fine burrata with fresh cherrytomates, which could be a bit sweeter but overall fit well with the mild burrata.Tortelloni with feta and mint filling of nut butter sauce: the portion was huge. the filling was very delicious. slightly sweet yet fresh and creamy. I'm not sure they were homemade. but very tasty overall."
