What Matteo VOF likes about Carolus:
Very nice kitchen where everything gets freshly prepared! The spaghetti is our favorite! But the other dishes can be there! Our kids are a fan of the shrimp crops and the children's towels, both served with a nice slap. We're loyal customer when we're in Knokke! View all feedback.
What nam goossens doesn't like about Carolus:
Very unpleasantly surprised given the good comments on Google 1h15 to be served, 3 entrecôte à 30€ that strangely resembled counter-filets (not the same price) with a hot industrial Béarnaise Fortunately that the St Emilion saved us. Very pleasant business, nice food and very serviced personnel.
Simple place where you eat a very good house kitchen.
