Been here multiple times over the past few months. The fish batter is light and crisp, and the onion rings are superb. I am sure with a little practice the new owners can match the quality of the previous owners. So disappointed. This has been our go-to fish and chip shop for years. It won an award last year for being one of the best in Melbourne! The recent change of owner has had a really negative impact on quality. Today's lunch consisted of uncooked batter on the fish, chips that smell of old, burnt oil and burnt- black dim sims.
