Service has been lacking since new location on Parkside. That said. It's not the speed or courtesy that's all still there in line with Chick-fil-A standards however the staff can't seem to get orders right about 50% of the time, either sauces are forgotten or a side item or a dressing is always wrong.Food: 5/5 read more.

I am not very happy with my experience at this location as of recently. With two cars in line. Me being one of them and 4 employees on drive through. Only one of the employees were actually working. The rest were laughing and joking with one another and looking at me while I waited for the only working employee to help me.
