Domino's Pizza - Knoxville

Best dominos ordering experience I?ve had! I ordered online and it was so quick and everything was correct and the driver even called me to let me know my order was at the front door. Fantastic!

I have ordered from this store multiple times and I don?t get my food until 2-3 hours later. There is not an option to cancel your order and each time I have called the store, I waited 20 minutes and no one would answer.

Look y?all, this is a Dominos on a college campus employed by college kids just getting out of class. Don?t expect perfection. Solid pizza, solid delivery times. Ordered extra steak on my philly and didn?t get it so they went above and beyond and offered to send out a new sandwich right then and there and gave me a credit for the sandwich. Request your pizza extra cooked as they always undercook their pizza(oven must be old).

This Dominos is very poorly managed. Second time we?ve had an order not delivered and even with scheduling orders they don?t prepare food in time.

We ordered on game day, and we were aware it would take a while to get our order. We did not expect it to still be prepping after a whole hour and a half. We called the store and the man on the phone was so rude that we asked him to cancel our order. If they know it is going to be busy on game day, they should be sure to have extra staff working. This is not new and they know what to expect every away game on a college campus. We ordered Papa Johns immediately after and the manager reassured us our order would be delivered within 30-45 minutes depending on how far we were from the location and our order was delivered right on the 30 minute mark. Funny how they don't seem to have any issues on busy game days. I will be sure to always take my business there rather than Dominos in the future!
