Service was pretty bad. Our waitress only came by a total of three times and barely spoke. Appetizers came out at the same time as entrees. She didn’t ask if we needed anything with our food. The food was just okay, nothing memorable. Buffalo sauce tasted off. I could tell that the appetizer was sitting for a minute because the cheese sauce was glazed over. We decided to visit Hooters because there is no location in the Sevierville-Pigeon Forge-Gatlinburg area and my husband was in the mood for chicken wings.
Improve your service and make sure to display your prices on the menu. Customers will not come back if they cannot see the prices beforehand.
