Food quality has been consistent over the years. What keeps it at 4 stars is the condition of the floors etc in the restaurant. Dirty, random paper etc strewn in places. That’s something new for this establishment as in the past it’s always been clean. Management may want to keep an eye out for what needs to happen. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jason's Deli:
The entire place needs a revamp. Dark and dingy. The service was slow, and we had to collect our own food since everyone working was too busy cleaning the same table and ignoring customers to be of service. Management needs to tell a few employees there to bathe and to groom their hair. Just because you work here and wear a hat doesn 't mean you need to do the bare minimum on appearance. The lady up front that takes the order seemed like she had a bad attitude. I remember coming in here one time before and it was the same thing. She didn't know where things were on her computer which is understandable, however the order didn't come out right. I ordered a sandwich and a plate for the salad bar. Instead I got half a sandwich with chips on the side. I was like whatever, food is food. I'll just eat it and be out of here. Thats when part way through my sandwich I see this tiny bug crawling around in it, looked like Lice. Gordon Ramsey would have shut the place down within 5 minutes.
I was asked to order lunch for an office of about 25 people at 11 am for delivery ASAP. Panic is an understatement of what I went to through, I havent been with this company long and mostly everyone works from home more often than not. I finally decided sandwich couldn't go wrong and placed an order online at 11:15 choosing their earliest time but it wouldn't accept it, so I called. While Courtney sounded a little overwhelmed when answering I was they had the order and it would be closer to 12:30 for delivery. I happily said that's fine and asked for 2 veggie sandwich to be included. Right at 12:30 there was a knock on the office door and in walked a true angel with everything I ordered! Every one had wonderful things to say about the food choice and really raved about the quality and layout. I wasn't sure I could pull this off at all without people complaining but I heard nothing of the sort, without the wonderful experts at Jason's deli I wouldn't have. You guys came through for me without even knowing how much I needed it to be perfect!
Ordered an Italian po'boy, chili and chicken noodle soup. Soup bowls were only half-full. The sandwich looked (and was) horrible! Drenched in too much vinegar. Would not recommend!
Horrible management, extremely unsanitary, workers smelled strongly of cigarettes and others sat on counters where food was made i do not recommend coming here if cleanliness is important to you. this place is DIRTY
Over priced and taste was below nixsons and above subway but way over priced for the quality.
