When we arrived to pick up the order they told us they knew our order but they just did not make it at all. Excuse me? "I always like to try something new whenever I come here; they have a lot of flavors to choose from and they change it up almost weekly it seems like. It was a Sunday night when we went, it was a little past 9pm and they close at 11pm. I just would like to commend Joshua who was doing his best to tend to the customers. I noticed three more of his co-workers inside but they seemed to ignore the long line forming and kept on cleaning the store even though it was that early. You know when people pretend to look busy? That 's what it looked like. I didn 't care to wait, I just felt bad for the seemingly uneven division of labor. But needless to say, I still like their ice cream but I hope their staff will be trained better."

"Unreliable. Usually good stuff. Sometimes super lackluster. I come here now and then. Some of the staff very friendly but definitely not all. Nacho fries today were dramatically worse than usual. Almost no seasoning, bland, in flimsy paper rather than cardboard container, and the nacho cheese less than half as full as usual. Going to be a while before I risk it again."
