Employees were polite, and this is the ONLY McDonalds in knoxville that I have ordered a #3 and actually gotten FULLY COOKED patties! Every other store has given me raw in the middle patties. Keep up the awesome service View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The only reason I went there is because it is the only restaurant between my house and work. My order was wrong. To avoid confusing them anymore I just said give me my money back then I was told to go park. I didn't mess up the order. It's not my fault. It is wasting my time on my lunch break. They want me to go park and wait longer to give me my money back so I can go somewhere else???? Worst customer service ever View all feedback.
