What Beverly Grimes likes about Mrs. D's:
Good food, friendly service! The evening we were there, I had the special, which was a guinea grinder....it tasted fine, but too much like a sloppy Joe for me. What Melissa Fuller doesn't like about Mrs. D's:
I wanted so much from this place. It smelled amazing when we got in. We were brought menus right away our server was super nice and attentive. The portions where huge, but the food was pretty bland and not as hot as one would expect. The pancakes where fluffy in the middle, but hard and crunchy on the bottoms like they had been left in a warmer too long. The chicken fried steak was pretty good, but they sure did skim...
