surprisingly good eating, generous portions and other than the meat, everything seems vegan (except perhaps the garlic spread, but I did not ask). all other sauces/spreads and seasoned are vegan. baklava is also dependent on where they stand on palm oil, but after the ingredients it contains no honey and the ghee is palm oil based.
