"While in Knoxville on business, I found Benefit Your Life GF Bakery and Cafe completely by accident. Unfortunately, they were already closed for the day so I had to wait until the next morning to give it a try. It was completely worth the wait and I will be going back as often as I am able. As someone who is unable to eat gluten, I was amazed by the taste and texture of the many items I purchased. Anyone who has eaten most GF baked goods can tell you that the taste and texture is usually not that appealing. Not the case at BYL! The wildberry scones, vanilla pound cake, brownies, chocolate chip cookie and cinnamon bun were all top notch. Thank you so much for making GF baked goods so well!"

"We visited for our anniversary based on the strong recommendations from the Knoxville Eats group, and FMC did NOT disappoint. Our server Zoe was phenomenal and the food and atmosphere was great! We shared several appetizers, the truffle fondue, goatcheese tart, and curried meatballs. and shared the entree of ribs....everything was wonderful!"

"Fantastic Neapolitan pizza! We visited from out of state, and had a great time at A Dopo. The owner, Jessica, and our server, Nichole, were great and very accommodating. The whole restaurant operated as a team, and multiple people came by to take care oflittle things throughout the night. The pizza was perfect, tasted like Italy, and the Gelato was so smooth and creamy. 10/10would come again."
