"While in Knoxville on business, I found Benefit Your Life GF Bakery and Cafe completely by accident. Unfortunately, they were already closed for the day so I had to wait until the next morning to give it a try. It was completely worth the wait and I will be going back as often as I am able. As someone who is unable to eat gluten, I was amazed by the taste and texture of the many items I purchased. Anyone who has eaten most GF baked goods can tell you that the taste and texture is usually not that appealing. Not the case at BYL! The wildberry scones, vanilla pound cake, brownies, chocolate chip cookie and cinnamon bun were all top notch. Thank you so much for making GF baked goods so well!"

"FABULOUS Ice Cream store. Ice cream is all made daily with different specialty flavors. One day its' Coffee Toffee, Black Rasperry Chocolate Ripple, Butter Brickle, one never knows what the special flavor of the day is going to be. Great stuff."

"Terrible service, I ordered a to go plate and was waiting for like 25 minutes, near the register. “Finally someone walked up and said what did you order? “ I told him a plate and he said it’s back in the back ! Come to find out my food was ready 15 mins ago and was just sitting on the counter where there was ton of traffic, I am not eating this ! It looks like a cheap TV dinner."

"Came to visit my mom in Knoxville this weekend and we wanted to try something cute and local for lunch. I'm a foodie and I live in a small town, so local flavor is a must for me. I'm so glad we found Holly's Gourmet Market Cafe! They have lovely outdoor seating, so we got to enjoy the beautiful day. Our server, Vincent, made the whole experience extra special. He is very professional, kind, and very familiar with the menu and daily specials. The food is outstanding. Mom had the Hollyhock Quiche, which she LOVED. I had the special sandwich of the day, which was a jerk-chicken wrap with mango salsa and arugula and grits on the side. Everything was absolutely delicious. And don't get me started on the cold brew...I had to have seconds. Mom and I loved it so much that we suggested it for breakfast with my brother and his family the next day! And it was just as good! Check it out. You won't be disappointed."

"I absolutely love the flavors of each dish I?ve ordered from this spot. I usually love their vegetarian #1-4 dishes. Their spiced hot tea is delicious. Every time you pour the tea, it tastes better and better because of the amount of time it took forthe leaves to seep. The customer service is just so lovely. I just wish their appetizer comes in even numbers so we can split itevenly and for them to be open from Sunday through Tuesday!"
