Anna in the drive thru has been phenomenal to me. I go here multiple times a week and yesterday there was an error with both one of my food items and the billing on my receipt due to a shortage of an item and a mistake. She not only gave me a refund for the incorrect billing and the incomplete item, but made my experience phenomenal today by discounting my meal as compensation. The food was cold and noone there appeared real happy. The manager seemed clueless to her surroundings. They seemed short handed, or over worked. They were not busy at all, and i believe there was 4 ppl there.Food: 1/5 View all feedback.
