新年会として学生時代の友人３人と訪問。コースを予約してもらってたようです。最初のお豆腐はほんのり温かく、塩、だし醤油、梅風味のゴマの味付けを好みでいただけます。ふんわりとしていくらでもいけそう。そして、このあとの先付け、蒸篭蒸し、豆乳グラタンと続きました。 不味くはないですが余り特筆すべきものがなかったような気が…。ウチでも作れそうな感じでした。お豆腐の店だからもう少しそれを活かした料理の構成でも良かったかなと思います... View all feedback.
