excellently they eat a very pleasant restaurant in kobe . since my wife and I are Australian, and unfortunately we have neither spoken Japanese, the owner, herr fujimoto was an excellent host. He helped us very much when we ordered how he spoke fluent English. the restaurant has a Japanese and English menu and you can observe the preparation and cooking via a glass window on the kitchen area. highly recommended .
