Their products are eh peh, but I have never seen such a lazy working group in my life. The humble advice to the owner of the business should change the staff. They need to wake up from sleep, they take the wrong order, they put burnt bread, anyway, I felt like we should not try. A business that thinks like this is doomed to lose.
