"[Susaki, Kochi Prefecture] Susaki's soul food, ramen served in a hot clay pot. Nabeyaki ramen (700 yen , beer (550 yen , small rice (150 yen , raw egg for porridge (50 yen Nabeyaki ramen that I've always wanted to eat since I saw it at the Kenmin Show. About an hour by train from Kochi city. I came just to eat nabeyaki ramen w A large line arrives around 12 o'clock. .. Even though I write my name because of the bookkeeping system, I wait for more than 10 groups w I sit in front of the store and wait or hang out in the neighborhood. Wait for about an hour before entering the store. The inside of the store is more like a house than a store. I keep waiting under the scorching sun and my throat is empty, so I eat with a bottle of beer and moisturize my throat. A hot clay pot appears in about 10 minutes after waiting. When you open the lid, the scent of soy sauce is good! The noodles are thin noodles. It's stewed in a pot, so if you think it's noodles or soft, it's hard and I like it. The chicken and soy sauce are light and delicious. Chikuwa and parent chicken chopped into small pieces are a nice accent. Then, pour the rice into the remaining soup for porridge. The best. .. I drank everything and ate it with the momentum to dry it w It was worth the expedition waiting! (Original 【高知県須崎】須崎のソウルフード、熱々の土鍋でいただくラーメン。鍋焼きラーメン(700円、ビール(550円、ライス小(150円、雑炊用生卵(50円ケンミンショーで観てからずっと食べたかった鍋焼きラーメン。高知市から電車に揺られて1時間ほど。鍋焼きラーメン食べるためだけに来ましたw 12時くらいに到着すると大行列。。記帳制のため名前を書くも、10組以上待ちw店の前で座って待ったり近所をぶらぶらしたり。 1時間ほど待って入店。店内はお店というよりお家のよう。炎天下待ち続けて喉がカラカラなので瓶ビールで食いっと喉を潤す。待つこと10分ほどで熱々の土鍋が登場。蓋を開けると醤油の香りがいい！麺は細麺。鍋煮込んでるから麺や柔らかいのかと思ったら硬めで好み。鶏ガラと醤油あっさりで美味い。小さく刻んだちくわや親鶏がいいアクセント。そしてライスを残ったスープにぶち込んで雑炊に。最高だ。。全部飲む干す勢いで食べてしまったw 遠征待った甲斐がありました！"

"This beautiful caffe is embedded in a small quiet opposite, but they will not miss the shield/direction. be careful, but the steep slope down to park her car. the surrounding view on mountain, river and green teeplantation had us a busy snap pictures before we finally settle down to order our desserts from the patient and friendly staff. the green tee is really good and the naily cake is worth trying. unforgettable experience!"
