Nice place, with delicious and tasty food that has good sizes of portions. The staff are super nice and customer orientation. I ordered a small dish that doesn't taste me (quality was absolutely okay) When I get asked and I tell the right not taste me, they come on your own initiative with an alternative. It was a pleasure to give money and I could get the six stars View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hanzo:
Very uncomfortable solid metal chairs to wait two hours for our food to arrive and the table of 6 next that arrived after us got served before us. Food was good but a pitty with such a terrible service and 2 cheap bubble glasses of courtesy for waiting 1’30’’ for a dish. View all feedback.
Really good food with a sharing concept. Every dish served was well made and really good. Friendly and personable staff.
We got the Hanzo experience. A nice and cozy dining experience with good service, but the food was not quite up to par, about 4/5 I would say.
